Who am I?
Someone asked me years ago what kind of trainer are you? ... my reply. I'm no trainer I'm dog through and through. I understand dog communication, have spent years exploring it. It's my passion. From diet, structure, needs and communication I'm pretty sure I can help.
Friendly, humourous and try my best to make you feel at ease.
I don't believe that every situation can be dealt with by a treat. But I don't believe in shock or electrical collars either. I believe in being more dog. Dog's have a naturel need but need structure too. Communication is the greatest tool you can get.
My own new experience is my parents owned a kennels from a young age. I remember cleaning kennels from around 8 years old and I got paid 50p. I've worked numerous years with the cats protection league and have then gone on to start petpaws. My passion is animals because I get them.
I've come across most situations, from leash pulling, poor socialization with dog's and people, seperation anxiety, toileting issue's, scared of vehicles, buses, cars ect. Most can be resolved with a bit of effort and patience, from both owner and trainer.
We build your confidence so you can build your dog's confidence. Teach you to be more dog.
Fully qualified on paper and hands on. The only thing I'm not confident in is aggression. I like to think I stop it before it starts.
Don't dispair give us a call we are happy to pop along and have a chat to see how we can help.
Dog's are a addition to a household. In my opinion the best addition you can have. But a poorly trained dog can destroy your home and soul.
